Launched: Getty Images TV

Here at FootageNews HQ a couple of months ago we noticed Getty Images had started experimenting with a short form documentary channel on You Tube – Getty Images TV.  The channel site bills it as ‘…an addictive new channel of stories curated from over 200 million photos..’

As nothing official had come in from the agency on the FN news wires we dug about a little and had this back yesterday from our contact there: “Hey Will, it’s sufficient to say we are excited to be launching another format through which people can engage with Getty Images content. I’ll be sure to circle back to you once I have more”

So, as they say – watch this space …well, the trailer above anyway.
